How engagements work

We start with a short conversation about what you are trying to manage, who will use the system, and what information needs to be captured or reported.

The first 30 minutes are free. For many customers, that initial conversation is all they need to clarify an approach or resolve a focused question. After that, consulting is billed at $100 per hour. Work can range rom answering a focused design question to building a complete database application with forms and dashboards.

Before beginning paid work, we will agree on the scope, priorities, and expected next steps. For larger projects, work can be divided into small, reviewable phases—for example: database design first, then forms, then dashboards and reporting.
